Fri...day Gerald went back to Toronto and dropped by Casa Vede.....and stated that it appeared peaceful......Saterday Morning Gerald Harquail called to informed me from Toronto that, there had been 2 murders, and one life threatenning injured elderly residents in Casa Vede Nursing Home in Toronto, and:
There were storm of media at the site, his administrator was having hard time to cope with them.
The talk of the town continue including Gerald family members said that, Gerald "is a murder".

Simone Sanoubane: Yes it is true, but the whole big picture of all problem is missing from hear. I have been living with this since 2008. I never knew this whole things exist in Canada, the land of high standards of living and governmental political struct...ures. Turn out, deep dark inside behide it all: Our country can be bought by corruption. Any one with money can win any case including the criminals who committed frauds and obstruction to justice against the middle class single mother with young school age children like my self. I will mention one point that I find so disgusting is that: Our justice system facilitate these criminal robbed every thing I own: My four homes (12 Whitworth st.; 10 Lumbady st.; 4 Lantana Circle - in the City of St. Catharines, & 9 Renfrew drive in the City of Thorold) are included in this fraud packages including all savings investments, liquidate cash / credits. They even have possession of my young children belongings, their rights and their entitlements have been completely robbed from my vulnerable children. As well as all of other life time earning accumulation assets, my health, my education, my professional career which highly needed in the employment market with highly qualified experiences from bottom to top as front line Nurse to managerial, administrative & consultant in Health care & Nursing related positions of my career. This is how the obstruction to justice framed & sealed me off, so that the multimillion criminals / corporation / corrupt court official / their friends and families in high places, esp. relating to the top conservative government circle, can rob me by winning my self represent litigation since November 2008:
-The criminals Manufacture story / facts.
-The criminals gradually / bluntly dismissed each issue & falsely claim that I lost the case, so that, the criminals illigally forcing me to pay the corrupt legal cost since the criminals claimed that they won- EVERY SINGLE TIME OVER TWO YEARS OF MY COURT PROCEEDINGS.
-The criminals/court officials threat to make me pay all of the corrupt litigation cost or "No Judge Will Hear" my case. An other word, if I don't pay, I will not be allow to proceed with my legal case. IT IS ABSOLUTELY LOWEST TREATMENT OF CANADIAN CITIZEN BY A BUNCH OF HEEL MONSTERS / LOW LIFE ANIMALS
-The criminal forced me to NO PLACE TO GO BUT:
a. file bankruptcy, but I will have to give up and walk away from my litigation against the criminals, that's is the LAW;
b. if I don't file for bankruptcy, legally, I can continue to litigate against the criminals - while they will continue to force/ shut down my case by various tactics:
ANY THING, ANY WAY, I MANAGE TO TURN TO, OR I MANAGE TO FIND THE WAY TO LITIGATE AGAINST THE CRIMINALS, THEY WILL FIND THE WAY TO SHUT ME OUT OR SHUT DOWN ANY RESOURCES THAT I MAY GAIN EXCESS TO USE...i.e:
- Dismissed my $20,000 legal aid funding which i fought to obtain in 2008 by gave them $1,000 as down payment(originally they asked for $3,000 which I appealed), with the condition that I have to pay them back when my case end, and if there is any money left from the proceedings.
-Dismissed a lawyer / Law claimed to dismissed herself and not get paid for all legal service from the $20,000 funding available before the criminals dismissed the findings
- Dismissed general self representing civil litigation education classes at 393 University Avenue Toronto court house, which replaced by so called: The small claim court civil litigation at North York court house instead.
-Dismissed / missing some files, the endorsement / recommendation of a lawyer at 393 University Avenue to me a round 2008-2009 (The only Lawyer who served me, while the rest of them lawyers at 393 University Avenue declined to assist due to "CONFLICT OF INTEREST" IN MY CASE AGAINST ALL LIST OF MY RESPONDENTS). This documents are missing when I retrieved all of my document back from Maria Lucarelli after she claimed to resigned my representation, post corrupt Judge, Mr. Kruzic give an illegal order to evic my family from my only primary home at 4 Lantana Circle st. Cath.

Red, I just can't get over how Ms. Maddallen acted stupid during my case hearing. I hate too put her down. But, I am not quite sure if she thinks I was stupid. If she did, she is totally under estimate me. The issue was: Preparation for co...urt settlement between me & Harquail. The court ordered twice (arch 2009, & December 2009) for Harquail & co. (Deloitte & Touch Inc. Its lawyer of Gowling Handerson LLP Mr. Heallth, CIBC Mortgage Inc. its lawyers Mr. Aisenberge of KRMC) to submit document related to all assets within this claims..i.e Paragon Health Care Inc. past 3 years financial statement as well as the report of current business status.
Right in front of Ms. Maddalen, The Lawyers above stated that, they have never received any direct or instruction from any one or any court order for them to submit any document to the court. Either those lawyers lied or tell the truth under oath, this statement alone is the evidence that tells Ms. Maddallen that, the respondents never comply both of the two previous court order. Also, these lawyers receive 3 big packages of documents I reserved them just about month before this hearing. They are a bunch of lairs.
That was my simple argument for Ms. Maddallen. With approximately 3 volumes of documents, my accumulating submission before her, She turned around and told me that, she was not satisfied with my evidence. Therefore, she dismissed my Motion of contempt against Harlequin & co. She let them get away with murder, by acted stupid that, she did not see the evidence in the reason for my Motion of contempt. This Family / Civil litigation actually turns into a Criminal case as the result of my Motion of contempt brought against them. They know this is very serious stuff. Ms. Maddalena expressed her offensive attitude toward me in the court room for bringing this motion of contempt. She asked me if I know how serious it is? I told her I know exactly what I am doing, and I do not agree in any thing you say against me. I do not consent you to dismiss this unresolved issue. Infact it was the doctor who gave me the in...formation concerning the two insurance compaines and my lawyer and the rehab. casemanager committed fraud and corruption. This is coming from a doctor. So I file compensation complaint against my lawyer with the law society and after five years of dragging their feet they denied my claim. I filed an appeal and they allowed it to go through. That was in June 2010. Appeal granted June 2010. I continue to call the law society to get an update on my appeal. They tell me they will call me back and never do, only to write them , email them or phone them and they continue to tell me they will get back to me and never do. Infact I just sent out another snail mail to their office two weeks ago and still have not heard zip from them . What is one to do , I don't know.I have my lawyer by the balls and the law society is covering up or trying to. I wll go bezerk if they don't find in my favor. This is down right bullshit. I gave them everything they asked for and I was able to back up everything I sent them with all legal papers. Either from Insurance Companies, lawyers, rehab. casemanager and the Niagara Falls doctor's information. Yet they denied my claim. Oh you should see the bogus bullshit as to why they denied my claim Simone. It would make you sick. It has nothing to do with me and they said to me NO WORD OF A PHUCKING LIE.
The law society said to me, I just want to be compensated so I could take care of my disabled husband.

They manipulate my home with various fluctuation:
-Price between $625,000 to $1.2 million
-Property tax Approx $11,000 to $ 20,000 per year
-Put series of corporate & fraudulent mortgage leans on the home, my primary residential property which......... has no income, instead of put those corporate related debts, leans against the corporate assets that earns at least $20 million per years, in comparison to me, a mother who struggle to raise her children.
Why??
Because they use my home and the mortgage/tax issues to destroy us, the middle class, destroy my economic interests in the corporation. Since my litigation began against them in November 2008, I come to know that their evil corruption against my family began long time ago, like a cancer silently destroy my family from the face of this earth by gradually disable every aspect of my life, up to the point where I have no way out. They are now completely destroyed my life, sealed me off from the scene, by using frauds and obstruction to justice - in their big evils hands for, the best interest of evils and their corporation guru.
It's almost similar to income trust story.
Now Jimmy is talking about pension plan reform. and new mortgage rules?

Simone Sanoubane September 2009, with my support & consultation, my 23 year old son attempted to start up a small health care business with a big investor partners. He made a serious attempted to work with the local government agency which support the youth small business adventure. With layers of the barriers, especially with our history of bad faith in the current Conservative government the business plan has greater difficulty to move on. I will not elaborate this issue now since I want to protect the investor group involve.

I never gave up even when the circle of fraudsters spread to the second circle.. the one where we, my neighbour and us paid lawyers to fight and they just gave all the money intended for the courts to CIBC. Misappropriation of funds is still a crime as is fraud in using Darryl Singer's LLBs name on court document without his knowledge and without informing me and him that we were to be in court!

I never knew how hard it is until i became a victim my self. las...t year, one day i had similar correspondant with my dear heroic friend Mr. john Prince, who appear to have similar philosophy re. fighting sperite against power abuse. he later googled the case, and found some canadian families commit suecided, some of them including their children- within a few days. My sister Valerie Hall just shared with me last weak that, she has been notified by a surviving love one of a tragic death related power abuse by our own canadian authority....... well, u all know other stories.
my point is, it is very hard to fight with power abuse. even our Load Jesus Christ cannot survive their evil pursecution. They managed to nail Jesus down on the cross after they humiliated and viciously touchured him until the death took him away with his precious blood bleeding all over him God's gifted precious body which meant to be in this world to help humen to be loving and caring for each other.
We are suffering the same abuse. i can feel your frustration and hardship John.
But pls, John stick together with us....together and show your support for victim of power abuse, like your self: Went to jail for crime you did not commited, which happened too often. I my opinion, 1 is too many. we can make the differrent. we'll make the different....the miracle happens only seldomly...every some decade, some centuries, some thousand years. I have you in my face book friend for about the whole year and not realized that you have handle such a big litigation. i read you court case above link quickly and find that, this is a case about he said and ...she said sort of things, and it appears that they called you: Anti-semitic as the result of they own interpretation, not necessary meant that there is any other absolute evidence that you are, in my opinion. If the system is going to use similar criteria to select the perfect person to run the office, most of the 307 MPs may have to go. Never give up John. Every day is a new chance and to make it our master piece. The day will come. I believe.

I remember one day, Gerald Harquail my ex-spouse came home, just about the time Jim Flaherty ran for the Premeir of Ontario against Earney Eve after Mike Harris Resigned. Gerald was furious at Jim F. for slip his careless mouth by calling the " Native Indians are not real people". Jim sloppy comment was likely of course came out from the most inner of his deep conscious: "The Native Indians are not real people".
I when to the Amnasty International Human Right meeting last month re. G8/G20 peaceful protestor abuse. One of the senior organizer/member approached me and told me that, her husband is ill ans she is getting old. the condition that will force them to decrease their involvement with this org. She later gave me a bunch of pamplets / magazines / books etc.... She encouraged me to be a writer / human right activist and learn to write letter to save innocent lives being unlawfully jailed, facing excecution, raped and torchured around the world every day etc....
One of the high light was to encourage people to write to our Canadian Government, more specifically,
" TO WRITE TO THE LIBERAL MPS",
to give the pressure to our government to recognize and respect the rights and the entitlements of the Obriginal community. You see John, the world is watching these gangsters offensive treatments toward our own population.
In my view, as long as we live together in the same country, no matter what, any racial back grounds, skin corlours, or believe, values, cultures may be, we are all should have the rights to live with dignity, and to recieve the quality of lives we deserve.
