Dear Sir and or Madam:
I write this letter to you regarding CICB Mortgage Inc. illegally, stage managed & violation of court proceedings home foreclosure in September 3 2009. This home locates at 4 Lantana Circle, St. Catharines, Ontario.
Some back ground of this home is as follow.
October 2008, Gerald my ex-husband sold the house for $625, 000 prices below cost when we bought in 2003. I put great amount of time, money & efforts into this house to rebuild it while I was living in this for 7 years. I put everything I had into this house to turn into a place where we can be proud to live in for the next 100 years. It was severely run down, up to the time of illegal eviction, the works have not completed. The city hall wrote to me to complete the renovation on the sun room I built at the back of the house.
The sell did note go through as Gerald & I had some dispute about selling the house. It was like gave it away to a stranger/buyer. Mr. Sears Martine, Gerald Lawyer told me there is no money left from the sell of the house:
Price sold $625,000
CIBC Mortgage $380,000
Real estate & legal fees $ 40,000
Other liens, including mortgage frauds of $400,000, suspicious Revenue Canada Agency lien about $100,000, suspicious employees’ union lien unclear amount ect….. These liens aim to bring zero balance when the house is sold to prevent me receive any penny from my entitlement in this piece of corporate assets, since I have my interest in it, and its collarteral company # 1508669 Ontario Inc.
For instant, with out all these fraudulent lien, if this home would sale at $625,000, after deduction of mortgage balance, real estate / legal fees, the proceed left from the sale would be about $200,000. Gerald and I would divide this half, for about $100, 000 each share. I would owe Gerald $100, 000 if I will continue to live in the house. The fraudster & court official ignore my entitlement i.e. monthly support of at least $10,000 per month, which will give more reason why I should remain in the house until this issue resolved. I will pay Gerald $100,000 when I receive my share from the company # 1508669 Ontario Inc. It has its market value appraise at $ 7.8 million in 2003. Its value could be up to $10 million in 2010, and it mortgage debt should be paying off by July 2010, unless they continue to corrupt this business. This company has original collateral to this house, despite a list of other fraudulent liens, and invalid transfer into a different company identity that has no credential to hold financial responsibility, but a set up to commit the fraud. The value of the house also severely fluctuate inflated, & deflated between $620, 000 to $1.2 million, to suite their needs to facilitate the best interest for the fraudsters. By this calculation, I will likely not owe Gerald any money, and should be staying in the house until this case is resolved. The reality is, this house has been illegally foreclosed, & this litigation will not end without justice. No one buyer will risk their hard earn penny to buy this house, unless, the fraudsters will find some of their friends to come up with some tricks to illegally take over the house some how.
Gerald stated that he desperately want to get rid of the house some how due to the pressure of his “family members & the lawyer” who want to ensure that, I will not receive any penny, regardless. Gerald has about 7 residential properties. He currently abandon his $4 million dollar home that holds about, last known mortgage of $1.7 million with $10, 000 monthly mortgage payment, & property tax was about $40,000 per year. He now claims to be living in about half million high class condo to create/support impression for the business bankruptcy frauds, and prevent me receiving my entitlement.
CIBC ignore:
- seeking monthly mortgage payment of about $1,000 per month from the company, original collateral of this house
- decline my offer to take over the mortgage
- ignore Gerald transferred money between CIBC bank account and corporate account to arrange for fake bankruptcy
- ignore Gerald constant transfer assets among company/corporation to arrange cover up frauds, deception in both corporate & personal bankruptcy claims
- ignore the fact that the house has collateral with the multimillion dollar company and all corporate assets that worth at least $30 million dollars, earns annual sale over $ 20 million, & at least $2 million annual profits.
- aim at foreclose the house, not interest to receive mortgage monthly payment
All court proceedings cover up these facts by the corrupt court officials, i.e. Mr. J. W. Quinn (Mrs. Maddallen, & Mr. Kruzick - Judges) ignores all these issues. He expected to handle this issue in court that schedule for half day. He instead walk into court room, signed a list judgment to favor the corrupt CIBC mortgage Inc., & he walk out of court room without any word about the above issues.
Up to date, the court ignored process of discovery, summon witnesses, & a trail, the need to investigate fraud, violation of the court proceedings, & court room stage managed home foreclose by CIBC Mortgage Inc., KRMC lawyers, & Judge Kruzick, (followed by Judges J. W. Quinn, & Judge Maddallen in the subsequent litigation in 2010).

In my case, home foreclosure is linked to massive frauds and obstruction to justice also to cover up Canada’s Health care business corruption. I began the litigation in November 2008. This case involved Federal Ministry of Finance, JIM FLAHERTY'S UNCLE HEALTH CARE BUSINESS INSOLVENCTCY & BANKRUPTCY FRAUDS SINCE January 23 2006, the first day the conservative government came in power.
This litigation will most likely reach the Supreme Court of Canada due to series of obstructions to justice; engineering toward injustice out comes to favor the CIBC foreclosure, the fraudsters in this massive corruption.
