Maxine Collins is being harassed beyond belief by judges and the Courts ...Administration Services of the Federal Court in order to cover up documented judicial corruption.

The Press and Witnesses are needed urgently for the hearing at 9:30 a.m. May 17th, in the Federal Court at 180 Queen Street West [intersection of Queen and University, Toronto, Ontario.

The way it works is you don't know which court room you are in until you arrive.

The online hearing list simply states the date it is scheduled to be heard.

Therefore when people arrive at 180 Queen Street West [intersection of Queen and University, Toronto, Ontario] they go the second floor and the security guard has the listings for each court room, (for example 5C.)


You look at the lists for the name of the party and then go to that particular floor to have your stuff inspected to ensure you aren't carrying any weapons, etc.

Also they take your cell phone or any recording equipment, keep it in a separate locker which you sign to get back when you are leaving.


All motion hearings are scheduled for 9:30 a.m. and depending on where you are on the listing for that particular court room it could be 9:30 or 12 o'clock.

It is really only one motion affecting both files so estimated total time of 30 minutes for Maxine and it is not know if counsel for the other two parties will show up or not.
Last time around they didn't appear...........
