My most love video of today discovery. The one of my all times best favourite classic video I have ever experienced. I feel instantly strong bond to its messages, especially relating to the subject to this post in my opinions. I also believe, most likely lots of truth in it. Looking forward to next parts. I'm Going through loneliness to reach my personal best. Experience has shown me that no one completes the journey to his or her personal best without a period of going it alone. This period of solitude is like going into a cave. I am in the world but no longer of it. For some reason, this period of seeming isolation will be the result of natural evolution. People who were once part of my loyal tribe no longer share my vision. I have to answer an inner call to prepare for the next level. Either way, like most of us, I haven’t prepared the kind of lifestyle that supports prolonged solitude. Stop! Don’t be scared and don’t punk out, before I even start to get there because my “cave” experience is so necessary. During this crucial time, I need three things. First is an unwavering source of light that keeps me connected to a clear picture of my destination, because periods of solitude can often make me feel as if I'm standing in the dark. It’s at this stage more than any other on my journey that I must have an indelible and detailed picture of my best. The second thing is food, meaning information. During this period I need to consume as much information about my destination as possible................ Third, I need confidence. The belief that allowed me to start my journey now must be transformed into a swagger that allows me to walk into new places, even the darkest of caves, with my head held high................. If I fail to take these three things—light, food, and confidence—into my cave of solitude, I may not make it out. It's quite common to witness verbal/written aukward meaning communication as in i.e. English translation, including such as spelling, tense gramma errors ect....It comes down to: No one & nothing is perfect, especially for the average persons like all of us. This reminded me of my visitation to the state of Hawaii. I was hesitated to get in an Elivator at the very distingish Hotel where the sign said: "THIS TAXI" maximum capacity is 30,000 LBS. Thought I was dreaming, so asked my daughter pinched my self a few times. Than I saw some hotel guesses got in it to their destination. I then, learned to accept: Don't often commit my understandings to only what I know. Otherwise, I would be totally lost in the Island of Hawaii, and the rest of dozen Islands some years ago.

Canadian Health Care Business is like Hollywood filming business: They both will never died, unless some ones are purposely want to RUIN it for some reasons. I firmly believe. Paragon health care Inc. My ex-common-law husband's Bankruptcy & Insolvency issues remain unclear. There are various reasons depend on who tell you the story. I Just answered Dave's question:

Hello Ms. Sanoubane: I Read your blogs however unclear on specifically the legality issues in the case you are making in the courts and against whom? My interests and complaint lie solely with "trustees" in bankruptcy. Presently I laid objection to Trustee release of my estate and I am about to lay criminal charges against my trustee and then I intend to sue.

My interest is that I am launching a complaint and case against PriceWaterhouse Coopers Inc, trustee in bankruptcy; Office of the Superintendent in Bankruptcy Canada and Revenue Canada Agency.

My complaint and concern is the Trustee acting outside bankruptcy law and rules and offending several acts, particularly the Criminal Code and all to launder them money through an in-trust estate account and then grab exempted money from bankrupts and rob creditors and OSB levy of funds due to them for self profit of the Trustee.

All illegal.If this is similar to the case you are making, perhaps we can share some information. If your concerns and complaints are on very different issues, then I thank you for reading this and wish you success in making your case.

Thank you for writing me. I will get back to you today with more details o your questions. We can definitely share our case fore sure. The way I see my case, is not necessary more complex than yours. It's about how the people involve are making it appear complex. It started out as receivership status in 2006, most likely under restructuring health care corporation - Insolvency & bankruptcy act of the federal law. Later, they continue to keep corporation under-receivership until now for various reasons depend on who you talk to, or who tell you the story.

Each individual involve in this issues appear to have his own agenda, bottom line is for the individuals interest. They refused to submit full relating documents since my new investor & I requested in about January 2008, and also refused the Ontario Superior Court in the city of s. Cathrine's order in March 9 2009. In December 10 2009, this court repeatedly rescheduled me to attend the court to obtain the second assignment court date again, which is totally none sense, and a waist of my time, since this approx. 2 minutes procedures requested me to be there about 3 hours each time.

The most puzzled me of all was that, the court official told me that, it appeared, my court date schedule on August 12 2009 was candled as the result of my "consent". THE TRUTH WAS THAT, I WAS TOTALLY DEVASTATING WHEN MY LAWYER INFORMED ME BY THE END OF JULY 2009 THAT, "SHE RESIGNED FROM MY CASE, AT THE SAME TIME, THEY CANCELED MY COURT HEARING ON AUGUST 12 2009".

August 12 2009 was supposed to be the earliest court date (one out 3 court appointment dates for me to have the opportunity to question the respondents including the CIBC Mortgage Inc/Its representative lawyers from KRMC law firm in North York Toronto, Ontario; The Corporate representatives which may include the Insolvency Bankruptcy lawyers from number of Law firms in Toronto; the corporate President/Sole Owner/my - ex husband; the receiver/Delliotte &Touche/formally Mintz & Partners, most likely Mr. Hartley Bricks as original receiver contact person, who of tend has the history of not well co-operate with the request for corporate' business information, such as the issues relating receivership & any of my ex-common-law husband personal and business affair and every thing else in this case).

As you can see above brief small examples, the series of most purposely obstructions to investigate the true story of this receivership/insolvency/bankruptcy issues in my case. That is the political side of it. The common sense tell you, that who knows the real truth of the reality behind the face of political games in this case is the one and only: MR. GERALD MARTIN HARQUAIL, MY EX, THE PRESIDENT AND SOLE OWNER! For years, I've been living with tone of various stories that had drove me to the edge, and came close to go insane.

I've been living with the feeling of ambivalence's relating to the political public picture of this corporation and the other reality sides of it that they don't want people to know. I attempted to quit for good, and divorced my self from it at times. But I found my self in the mist of it until today.

The "court official" finally put in the court document officially that, I am divorced from it on November 2008. Although I felt immense grieve, I some how beginning to feel great sense of relieve, especially God is now gives me the courage & bravery to come out to open up these heavy issues which have been occupying/torturing me every minute as time goes by.

I am looking forward to get in touch with you. I have hard time to find anyone to talk to, as this is not a common issue that can happen to every one.

I used to think highly of you, Mr. Carney. Although at times I have heart felt for the The Prime Minister Haqrper himself, who is appearing as, most likely the victim, affected by a bunch of bad apples in his basket. I even joined fb web sites of you both out of all conservative politicians, whom number of them are bad apples in the conservative basket in my opinions.

Mr. Carney, you appears to be most trust worthy when it come to the top flight people in the Ministry of Finance. I urge you to keep open-mind to the public/ All Canadians, in what they have to say/what they think about our issues involving the Bank of Canada, which is under your control Sir.

I would like to see you, faithfully serve this country if the Conservative party will be in power again in the future, which is highly likely. It's a natural political cycles. You are the person, number of the Canadians, will like have moe faith in vs some of your coliges who have been screwing up our government badly since day one, they came in power. hEY, J, I just made some new interesting friends. 2 different face book sites, but appear to have almost the same addresses below (now today, it appears to have my last name on the last fb site below/relating music etc..). what fascinate me is that, 1 of the site display a big middle finger.....lol as the id picture. it has over five hundred thousands followers/friends. 4. A written report of Mr. Heartley Bricks, (The corporate Interim receiver contact person, of Delloite & Touché, Formally Mintz & partner) related to his verbal report to you on March 2009 that the corporation was pending for sale again ( Which my common-law-ex-husband, Mr. Gerald Harquail, (Gerald), the Sole owner & President of the corporation had stated to me, that was not true: "They don't want to sale the business, since that's what they are making money from. Selling the business idea was propaganda since day one, when they put the corporation in the receivership on January 23 2006"). Therefore, it's very important to have the report in writing for the next court hearing.



5. A written report of Insolvency & Bankruptcy for both Corporation, & Gerald status, up to the time of your resignation, such as, Gerald verbally in formed you that, Bankruptcy claim was filed on April 2009, right after the Superior court order on March 9 2009. Please include the details such as who file for Bankruptcy Corporation or Gerald, or both? under what chapter: 7 or 11 under bankruptcy law? . The corporation was temporary in receivership for restructuring in 2006 due to acute man agent issues, shortly later; resume its maximum occupancy, and operation. Therefore, please include the reason for Bankruptcy of the corporation.



6. Please submit in writing all of the verbal dialogs, relating above between yourself & and all of the respondents, such as 1. Gerald’s verbally reports in Toronto court hearing during my absent on May 29 2009, when Gerald declared fraudulent $400,000 mortgage lien against my home; 2. The Revenue Canada Agency is the first party who will receive any money after CIBC bank mortgage is deducted, when the house is sold.
